I paid Bruce Mclemore 500 dollars to remove an old chimney from my lot. He demolished the chimney and left everything on my lot. Oh and during the demolition I loaned him a strap to help pull the chimney down. It broke and he never replaced the broken strap. Unbelievable!!

Bruce Mclemore built the foundation of my house off square. He built the footings 2' instead of 1' wide...this made it so I had to buy double the amount of concrete to fill the footings. Not only that the foundation was not level. He is unlicensed. He signed a contract with me that I will post on my website soon as I can scan it. In this contract it states that he will pay for ALL equipement and outlines a payment schedule for work progress payments. Right after he signed the contract he asked to be paid early for work not completed and he tried to get me to pay for the tractor labor myself.

Bruce Mclemore did this to me...a terminally ill kidney patient. I'm struggling with kidney treatments right now and Bruce Mclmore cost me a lot of money because he does not know how to build a house.  Now, I don't have enough money to do the finish work inside the house.

 

ON 11-28-2011 AT ABOUT 845 AM I ran into Bruce Mclemore's partner Billy Scarbrough in Magalia. He was upset with me because he thought I had not paid him. As it turns out Bruce Mclemore never told Billy Scrarbrough that I was trying to get a hold of him in order to pay him. I have the emails that I sent to Bruce Mclemore asking for Billy's contact details. Bruce refused to give me the information I needed to send Billy a Check. I paid Billy the 500 dollars for the labor he did on my foundation right there on the spot.
